Turnaround time depends on the project type and scope. Timelines are discussed before work begins. Revisions and change requests may affect the completion date.
Remote services are available island-wide. On-site support availability outside Nassau depends on the nature of the service — reach out to discuss your situation.
For website and installation projects: 25% deposit before work begins, 25% at the midpoint, and 50% on completion. The deposit is fully refundable if no work has started. Payment via Scotia Bank, RBC Bahamas, cash, or PayPal.
Two revisions are included with every project. Additional revisions are $20 BSD each and may add 1–3 days to the timeline.
Yes. Ongoing support and maintenance arrangements are available. Contact us to discuss what your site needs on a regular basis.
Projects with no communication for 30 or more days may be marked as abandoned unless paid in full. A $50 BSD restoration fee applies to resume an abandoned project.
